I disagree with your assessment you cant possibly make that assessment based of a recorded video of a response to a question that strikes at the heart of his humanity and he was asked the question because he has chosen to take the helm of the Air Force. His personal experience IS relevant. I think his response is very honest and candid and he is ready to take on this challenge
