Hollywood doesn’t need to make another movie or show. The old ones are much better.

When I look through the movie offerings on TV, I find myself looking at when it was made. Honestly, if it isn’t at least 20 years old, I have to know it to be something I want to see. Didn’t set out to do that, just realized when I saw your comment that that is what I, in fact, do.

I concur, the older movies are the only ones I even watch anymore.

Yup, the last 20 years or so have renewed my appreciation of old Hollywood right up to films of the 70s—and classic foreign films-—so much more mature, so much more resourceful and worldly-wise.

Just watched a Hedy Lamarr movie from 1947 (Dishonored Lady) last night.
Beautiful. They knew how to make movies then.
The depraved, drugged up, perverted creeps of Hollywood right now are all about gratuitous violence for no reason, idiotic story lines and pushing far left woke political agenda.
For America the survive and prosper, Hollywood in its current form needs to lose it's power and influence.
