One could make the case that lever-action is a subset of “bolt”.

I go with semi auto and lever action. We have both. With a bolt action distance is your friend. Up close not desirable it’s too slow.

I read an article about a sheriff in arizona that wanted to replace the ARSENAL with 30-30 lever action saddle guns
