Why don’t you send out a mass email stating your point of view.
Be that courageous person who is willing to risk all in the name of what is right.
Other than that, no one is forced to go to that college and no one is forced to work there.
If you get fired for speaking your mind...you can sue...though that takes a while.
Just need to make sure the finances are in order, there’s a fallback position for line of work, and so on, if possible.
