Oh no! I’ve seen your posts over the years. This is horrible, we had hurricane damage at my house in Florida a couple of years ago and I ended up moving, but fires are much worse and I think there was a lot of negligence in not warning people earlier. (Although, in many cases, they literally won’t leave until it’s too late.) And I’d much rather have a hurricane than a wildfire.

I am so glad you and Bugs got out! Do you have anyway folks could send you a little assistance?

I wished there was something I could do to help you out B. Glad you were at least able to get out with your life. Hopefully as the smoke settles, you’ll get some aid and at least temporary shelter. I can’t imagine losing a home in an event like that. I’ve been up close to some of these wildfires over the years and hope I never have to deal with that again. Keep posting your status if you’re able to.

I am shocked and stunned to read your crushing story which is bound to give you much continued pain, trouble and massive inconvenience! May God have mercy on you because you've lost Mayberry to the flames. It's hard to imagine the agony and anxiety you are experiencing. Sue and I will pray to God that you can get some help from Him for the future!!!
