Okay, all you legal beagles out there have at it. Is this what it is going to come down to thanx in large part to John Roberts allowing a Pennsylvania court decision for a change in election laws to stand in clear VIOLATION OF STATE LAW?

p.s. This principle also applies to MI and WI.

I thought it was Alito, not the Dreaded Traitor Roberts who ordered the ballots segregated.

the Constitution is clear. ==> Art1 Sec4 Clause1.

But “Judge” Roberts (Epstein Island, trafficked children)
does not actually READ the Law (e.g. ObamaCARE),
but lies from his Throne of Blackrobes
... to destroy America.

Roberts (Epstein Island to SCOTUS) is a PROVEN liar
who directs corrupt “judges” much more interested in porn
for federal workers DURING WORK, than clean water
or Truth.

It will come down to the electors doing the right thing or not. Trump was up over 700K on election night; which got whittled down every day until the democrats manufactured eneough fraud to pull ahead.

The PA GOP should be RIOTING right now; by not supporting the President, they are allowing PA voters to be robbed.

Also, was it PA that put off counting military absentee ballots till the very end so there was a big stack still to count?

Quite possible. 8>) We know he certainly didn’t do it with the forethought of helping President Trump. 8>)

Two edge sword here. If Roberts (or Alito, whoever it was) voted the right way and prevented days of vote manufacturing, PA would have been Trump’s on election night.

What do you think the propaganda push by the media was for this weekend? They’re trying to intimidate the SC. Will it work? We’ll see.

I would be beyond shocked if Roberts either wanted to or was purposefully or accidentally effecting that result at this point.

Personally I don’t think ACB is all she’s cracked up to be.

Do you think the PA state legislature would select pro-Trump electors?

This is Roberts, not Alito. This regards a decision by the court in October that allowed three days against existing state law. There is no “accidentally” about it. As for the last six years, Roberts is it on the fix.

US Constitution; Article 2, section 1 (in part));

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.“

No mention of popular vote, no mention of Secretary of State certifications. Simply; “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors“

I believe the Pennsylvania Legislature voted one way, I think to not allow the vote counting extension, and the PA SC overruled them. But election laws are the purview of the LEGISLATURE not the PA Supreme Court.
Let me know what you think.

Remember that in order to request a decision from a court, you must have an actual case or controversy. Meaning someone has to have been damaged in some way from the conduct complained of. Otherwise the courts have no jurisdiction over the matter. Of course there is the possibility of seeking an advisory opinion, if allowed, but that is a matter of state laws and states differ on the allowability of that. The USSC is not allowed to issue advisory opinions. This is what they are talking about when they say a case is “not ripe.”

When the USSC saw the case in October, it was not ripe yet and the Court ordered the ballots be separated, which was the least onerous way to preserve a remedy in this dispute if in fact it is found that someone was actually damaged by the illegal standards later. This happened because the USSC could not hear or decide on the writ of cert about the illegal standards before he actual election as there had been no damage yet.

They did not formally accept the Writ of Cert nor did they deny the writ. The case is ripe now.
