Thanks, Travis! The possession of this evidence (if it was seized before being wiped) was in question after Sydney’s answer at the Press Conference.
Lin says he did not watch the RNC press conference, because he was busy in court in Atlanta, as you may imagine.
But he says he has spoken and met with Sidney “at length” and has seen the evidence of the votes being changed.
He says flat out they have the Scytl servers, and they will show the “before” and “after” votes and prove the case.
I think it’s a case of Lin and Sidney not being on exactly the same page about how and when to release this information. Obviously, Lin thinks sooner is better.
