Yet, as you said, we still have those among us who keep wandering around demanding evidence, and fretting about it. If you saw the Pennsylvania legislature hearing today, then you not only heard plenty of evidence, but you also heard at least the one item I just mentioned that constitutes unimpeachable proof of systemic fraud.

The audience had a strong reaction to that, too. As my husband said, the RATs are great at planning their schemes, but they’re pretty awful in the execution. I think a fifth grader could figure out that if you’re sending out 100 items, and 150 items come back to you ... there’s a problem.
