What are we going to do to be rid of BLUE COUNTIES?

It would have to be a very coordinated effort.

Do sweeps (LE ICE SWAT)of individual cities within counties...National Guard.

Give the landlord x amount of time to big them up to code.
Otherwise, have(crack houses and the like) condemned. Bulldoze them.

If they would just annex the diseased counties onto Washington DC, Maryland would be the Free State, again, instead of the Freak State.
