Looks like the conservative PA legislature is taking on the RAT governor and his flying monkeys. Good!! Maybe some in the GA legislature will do the same.

>>> The State legislature is filing with Texas against the Governor.
The State Legislature could have EASILY kept itself from getting taken to the Supreme court in the first place!!!
Not sure how they re-gain face with this move at all.
They are only going to be FORCED by SCOTUS to do the very thing they were originally NOT WILLING to do!
(speaking of course about the majority... not the brave few who held hearings)

To: E. Pluribus Unum
Oh... so it’s just a contingent of the state legislature.
Makes sense then.

I was almost going to suggest this as a joke on another thread.
I was thinking the same thing - so many states were joining in that pretty soon one of the states would sue itself.
Uncharted territory and the good thing is that this shows the legislatures (which are of primary importance here constitutionally) are standing up against the fraud. A fraudulent election simply isn't an election and the Constitution has remedies for that.

Oh boy! Pennsylvania is suing itself—sort of!!!!
Arizona is a party to the suit as well, even thought it went for biden via fraud. But unlike Pennsylvania, Arizona is not a defendant!
Perhaps if (Lord willing) Texas et al. and the Trump forces win the lawsuit, Arizona might clean up its act and have the legislature appoint a delegation of Trump electors!!!!

“Can anyone explain?”
It makes sense that the PA Legislature has a problem with the SOS, governor, elections people, etc., thumbing their nose at the U.S. Constitution, and the Commonwealth’s laws.

Both Houses of PA legislature will vote to join the suit?
Why not just vote their own electors?
That’s how you know it’s BS.
