Path to election Nullification: "Dominion" Software
Plus the 14th Amendment

For U.S. Citizens, there is no clearer or more sacred expression of the "Equal Protection Under Law" clause of our Constitution's 14th Amendment than the individual Citizen's vote -- commonly expressed as, "One Person; One Vote".

Use of "Dominion" Software for tallying or "tabulating" votes will be shown to be a de facto violation of "One Person; One vote."

Each individual's single vote is indivisible-- an integer, a whole number equal to one. Nor can any voter divide their vote between two choices; the entire unit vote must be devoted to a single choice.

Votes are counted -- not "calculated". There is no legal justification for "tabulation" methods or software that "calculate", "compute" or otherwise "manipulate" votes as anything other than single, whole number, integer objects.

Likewise, there is zero justification (aside from clear intent to commit fraud) for vote recording and tabulation equipment and/or software that treats votes as fractions, rather than as indivisible integers. Specifically, the "voting and tabulation" system of machines and software known variously as "Dominion", "DVM", "Sequoia", "Smartmatic", "Scytl", et alia, calculates votes as "floating-point decimal" fractions.

Even worse, "Dominion" has a designed-in "Feature" called, "Race Weighting" that re-allocates votes per a percentage ratio -- entered by an operator or administrator. Use of a documented Biden=55% to Trump=45% ratio will be demonstrated, and a reported Biden=125% to Trump=75% ratio will be illustrated.

Evidence of "Race Weighting" ratio cheating via re-assigning votes from one candidate to another abound -- as in this example from Virginia, which uses a Biden=55% to Trump=45% ratio. (The "54%" in the "Biden weighting" column was achieved by selective rounding before reporting. The actual "55%" batch results appear at right.

The "Biden = 55% : Trump="45%" ratio was applied to each individual vote batch. (Note the two identical batches at right -- overtinted in aqua. If the Biden and Trump votes are each rounded, the batch total is 20. if Buden & Trump are summed, then rounded -- the batch total is 21 votes. What is the starting batch total?

For illustrative purposes, a hypothetical exact one hundred (100)-vote batch (eliminating fractions) is depicted below:

  1. A batch of votes is selected for manipulation.

  2. The total number of batch votes is calculated -- ("anonymized" -- because vote "ownership" is disregarded).

  3. The weighting ratio is applied to the Batch Total, creating a new allocation of results. Biden gains 25 votes.

  4. Trump loses 25 votes.
(Lest objection be made re the selection of a Biden 30-vote vs Trump 70-vote batch composition, consider that many entire counties exceeded that performance for Trump -- where DVM systems were not used.)

However, DVM-type systems were used in all of the contested "battleground States".

By "normalizing" the "Weighting Ratio", (dividing both sides of the ratio by the larger of the two percentages) the impact on individual voters can be calculated:

Even more dramatically, the use of a 125%:75% Biden:Trump "Race-Weighting" ratio was reported in at least one State:

That "3/5" value for the Trump voter should look familiar:

The 1787 "3/5 Compromise" valued slaves as "3/5 of a person" for purposes of census counting to determine representation. The Compromise" was repealed by the 14th Amendment.

Depicted graphically, that normalized 125%:75% weighting ratio shows the worth of a Trump voter to be only 3/5 of that of a Biden voter:

Is the value of any voting citizen in 2020 the same as that of a slave in 1787?

Inequalities do not have to be as drastic as depicted to violate the 14th amendment. Any voting inequality other than One person; One [Whole Integer] Vote renders all voters unequally represented.

Dominion® et al, software invites unequality by processing integer votes as decimal fractions. And it guarantees fraudulent unequality and vote theft by employing "Race Weighting Ratio" calculations.

This is my "Hail Mary", last-ditch path to stopping the fraudulent vote theft and opening the door to the 12th Amendment "one vote per State" solution to saving the Trump Presidency.

The graphics are the "final renderings" of a complex, multilayer, progressive-build "Canvas X Draw" vector graphic presentation.

IANAL, but, I'd like to get a link to this in the hands of attorneys, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and/or Lin Wood -- as well as anyone else on the Trump Team. No doubt, they are preparing an approach like this -- but perhaps the visuals might give them some ideas...

Of course, I'm expecting a bit of "FRFeedback"! '-)

I am a software engineer with over 25 years experience.

There is absolutely no reason for them to have floating-point (decimal point) calculations.

None.

All it needs to do is add, by ones. It doesn’t even have to subtract.

I could design a better system than this in a week.

I don’t see how nullification of the election is possible without a lot of public support. How much public support is there now? Can’t say because in the short term we have to learn that through our dishonest media.

I think this election has to flow through with Biden ending up as president.

I also think that Trump will continue to gather public support and that will ultimately push America in the right direction.

Make sure to double check your results. Georgia State Representative Bee Nguyen checked on Matt Braynard’s claims of voter fraud by calling people with the phone numbers to confirm whether they were indeed eligible to vote (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/heres-what-happened-when-a-georgia-lawmaker-scrutinized-the-trump-campaigns-list-of-allegedly-illegal-votes/2020/12/10/1400d628-3b06-11eb-bc68-96af0daae728_story.html). The people she did call confirm that they were indeed eligible to vote. Before submitting your info to Rudy Giuliani, maybe have someone else double check your data.

Excellent analysis.

In addition to this there are Dominion training videos.

They specifically talk about this weighting system.

They also mention how the software can manufacture ballots, and fill in the little circles from a “library” of randomly formed blobs, so you cannot tell it was printed by the computer.

The stunningly stupid reason they give for doing this is to protect “privacy”. But the only “privacy” it gives is from knowing it was a computer-generated ballot.

[However having a “library” of blobs tells me that there may be a way to compare blobs to see how many match perfectly. Especially if the library is small]

No doubt Trump instantly becomes the presumptive R nominee for 2024 if he wants it. Without spending a dollar to campaign.

A lot of folks on here think he should go third party but I think that will require HUGE funding and probably winds up like Clinton 1992 - a small Harris plurality win in most states with an electoral landslide.

Not to be a party poop, and this does NOT go for WI, MI, PA, or GA, but here in AZ we have a paper backup for every ballot.

That means, if supposedly Dominion machines added a half vote to Biteme, and say in Cochise County they added 2,125 votes at a certain location, then someone AT that specific location would have to physically inject 2,125 paper ballots into the system.

That would then have to happen at every single location in almost exact numbers-—because they recounted and were only off by about 30 votes (which, in fact, went to Biteme.)

For the Dominion machines here in AZ to have made a difference, Ds would have had to have had operatives in every single location where Biteme had “extra” votes (which Baris isn’t sure they weren’t real-—he says he thinks his polling in AZ was off by 4-5 points)-—adding exactly the same number of paper ballots as “machine” changes. In short, nearly impossible.

AND over 50% of Arizona’s vote was early too, so those “agents” would have to be on the ground in all locations for a month.

Heck, I never had a computer course in my entire 83 years (self taught) -- and I could have handled the calculations with the INTEGER BASIC on my very first Apple ][.

(Of course, the 16KB of RAM and piddly speed would have had me looking for a bigger machine...)

I believe I am like most people who think of the 14th Amendment as the ‘due process’ and ‘equal protection’ Amendment.

I am pleased you posted and highlighted this portion of the 14th Amendment.

“””No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;”””

For all of us FReepers who live in States other than the Four Contested States, we certainly believe the Four Contested States have made or have enforced laws within the Four Contested States that have abridged our voting privilege as a USA citizen.

Not being a Constitutional scholar, it may be the Courts have neutered the common sense meaning of this sentence in the 14th Amendment and that is why it is not being mentioned in any of the lawsuits filed in the past few weeks.

Well, the one reason I can think of that you might use floating point instead of integer is if you were just dealing with numbers too large for the integer data type to hold, but this isn't the 80s, modern programming languages can all handle integers that are way bigger than the entire population of the country now.

Not to defend using it in a presidential election but Dominion's explanation is their software is also used in elections where not all votes are weighted the same - corporate board elections for instance where different classes of shareholders have different voting rights.
