2. Never take a lawyer seriously when he resorts to using political rants instead of legal arguments.
I expect a little bombast from lawyers in certain situations.

And especially when he doesn’t work for you. Shortly after the election, it looked like Mr Wood was on Trump’s side. Then he started straying from the mission, which was the first warning sign. If he had the smarts or was truly on Trump’s side, he would have gotten back on board and exercised discipline. People have a tendency for confirmation bias - as long as he would intersperse his “rants” with anti-demonkkkrap or conspiracy red-meat, many Trump supporters would not criticize him because they wanted to believe he was on Trump’s team, no? But eventually the damage is done, and those with confirmation bias finally see how they were snookered more easily than losing a game of 3-card monty played on top of a beat-up suitcase. Bottom line - he never was working for Trump to win.

He’s bad news. Has been all along. He infected the truth (election fraud) with fantasy and outrageous claims, feeding people false hope. I believe he’s a wicked man.
