If the hat and bandana did not meet facility, or Federal guidelines, then they should be confiscated.
Well they clearly meet prison guidelines if he bought them in the commissary for the prison. My guess is he was doing dumb shit with them and got his toys taken away.

They should get one of the prison doctors to put him on suicide watch as he's a danger to himself and others, and take all his shit from him.
