If I recall, Sidney Powell had a list of lawyers on the application. Among them was I believe Lin Wood.
As the case is likely moot per any review by the Supreme Court which hid under their desks through the entirety of Election Theft 2020, not a surprise.
Wood is so toxic, he’s bringing down everyone around him. It’s terrible.

For those inquiring about us dropping our lawsuit in Georgia, the delay by the Supreme Court in addressing the issues we raised rendered the issues moot on behalf of the specific clients we represented. Sidney Powell knows the fix is in at SCOTUS. Why even give them the opportunity to “rule” on a case when she knows that they would only give credibility to a blatantly stolen election by rejecting the evidence. They would probably reject the case outright, anyway.
Expected - she accomplished her goal, which was to DISTRACT the courts from legitimate complaints, so as to assure that everything got thrown out.

Pursuing a case costs money, and why spend money when the court has already telegraphed to you that they will not give you any relief, and there is no higher court to which you could possibly appeal to?
Sidney was General Flynn’s lawyer, but it took a pardon from the president to finally put an end to that trail of
Malicious Prosecution. I was surprised that she seemed so easily outsmarted (outgunned?) by “Judge” Emmett Sullivan.
