Before each white van ballot delivery, there is a black sports car coming in. The car and man inside the TCF exchange something both times. Then the car leaves and the van comes in and makes a ballot delivery.
Looks like the sports car is making sure that the people at TCF are ready to receive the van before they have it deliver ballots.

You’ll never convince me that Gropey who couldn’t draw 10 people to his “rallies” generated enough voter enthusiasm and turnout to generate such a historic vote count. I don’t care how many suburban housewives were angry at President Trump. They weren’t the votes that tilted the count in Gropey’s favor - all from the big, Dimm-infested rats nest cities.
IIRC, there were two drivers of those trucks that gave sworn testimony to the event.
