This was well known during the entire Trump administration and nothing was done, thus nothing will ever come of this.

We can do something ourselves, since these were private citizens when they committed treason.
In the 2002-2003 timeframe, another US citizen named Hanoi Jane Fonda announced she was going to go on a tour protesting the gulf war. I organized, right here on FR, a group of people who were willing to citizen-arrest her for treason if she came into their region to protest. My region was SF bay area.
We were gathering up steam, and were starting to discuss how we’d neeed to get some funds together for a lawyer for whomever it ended up being the one who would citizen-arrest her, since there would be obvious backlash.
Our aim was not to get a conviction, but simply to bring charges that the authorities would have to deal with, and her resultant negative publicity would simply ruin her efforts.
We could do the same thing today against JFKerry. Private Citizen. Treason. Citizen-arrest. The law is clear that when a person is citizen-arrested for a felony, the police have no choice but to bring that person into custody and charge them.
Today we could get started, by this afternoon we could have a GoFundMe page up & running. All it takes is willingness.
These were not guvmint officials, they were private citizens. No official protection.
Not that it means much, since the Biden admin would no doubt cover their butts, but they can be citizen-arrested since they were private citizens when they engaged in treason.
