Mammy Two Shoes was in Tom and Jerry. She wasn’t in very many episodes, they stopped using her in the early 60s. By the 70s they started cutting her out, dumping her episodes entirely, or replacing her. The fact that in 1961 they could look at that character and admit that was some racist #$%^ is really all you need to know.

Hate to burst your bubble, but that is exactly what Native Americans were before they united against the encroaching Europeans. They were very similar to Aftganiscrap with their tribal conflicts. They conducted brutal barbaric wars amongst the different tribes, including killing women and children, and taking survivors as slaves.
That said, some did try to work with the white invaders in different ways and signed peace treaties with the new US government, only to be broken by the Fedgov. They just weren't as "noble" as they are portrayed nowadays. This is factually proven. Tribal wars were the norm long before they ever encountered a white person. The Comanches were the worse according to a History Channel documentary - may or may not be true.

When I teach world history I show my class a photo of an ancient clay figurine, presumably a goddess, from the Indus Valley civilization that looks like Miss Piggy, and tell them that it looks like they worshiped Miss Piggy.
