Anyone who has ever lived or worked in Africa or Latin America in the 1980s,90and still in Africa has used a yellow card they were required to enter most of those regions and still are. Malaria drugs, yellow fever vaccines, dengue fever as well as a geologist I have used a yellow card countless times. I always respected my host countries rules.
