This cancel culture strategy from the Left is beginning to make America look like Spain circa 1936 when Leftist were hanging nuns & shooting priests. A guy like Franco doesn’t just materialize out of thin air. There has to be an underlying reason.
I’m so glad to read somebody with the correct interpretation of the Spanish Civil War. The left sanitized the Republic’s atrocities, which created Franco, equally ruthless and supported by the people, not the elites and the Hemingway’s.
