I think Biden and the rest of the Domestic enemy occupiers are definitely trying to get rid of local police and replace them with them with national police, feds, as part of their utopian totalitarian police state. I have been looking for a post like this for many months now. It is indeed their plan to have a national police force with barracks full of black booted "brown shirts" strategically located across the country.
