Not arguing that he wasn’t evil just saying at the time he was 13 years old. We have 13 year old ghetto gangbangers killing people. I don’t know of any of them getting the death penalty. Maybe they should but it would be a real hard sell.
I do not care if he was 13. He helped kill over 100 people.
