Oh my. She truly was, and is, stunning. In the second picture she has that delighted smile everyone has when holding a puppy.

She loves the fact that I raise hunting dogs in my retirement. She is always happy to help with the puppies or any of the farm animals. She’s a Farm Girl from way back. She has an especially cute relationship with our ornery old mule. He just loves her and whinnies whenever he sees her, to her delight.
Of course, he knows she always has carrots and apples for him, but it’s still cute. :)
