His arrival location will likely be a cold empty space. From where we are at now, our planet will move through space as it rotates and orbits our Sun. And, of course, our Sun will continue in its orbit around the center of our Milky Way galaxy which itself is moving through space.

Well, presuming time and space are two different dimensions in a universe of possible dimensions, in theory you could calculate the exact position of this spatial universe (in this case, the earth as we know it) at any given time in the past or future and dial in for that location. Of course, if you go back in time (or forwards for that matter) you'd need to bring the machine with you. Otherwise you could be stuck for good.

yeah that’s the exact reason I know 100% certain that time travel (to the past at least) will never be invented. Because if it was ever invented... we would have time tourists. Once something is ready to be invented, you can’t keep the cat in the bag for long.

There is a theory that Donald Trump was the creator of John Titor. Trump’s uncle was involved with gathering and studying Tesla’s research after Tesla died. A job assigned to him by the government. It is said that Trump and his uncle were close. Therefore giving Trump the tools that he would need to create such a fictional character. As many of us know Trump was recently involved with another huge pie in the sky type character called “Q”.

Ah well presumably it is very highly controlled, because if a time tourist from the future disrupted anything at all (and just observing the past is theoretically a disturbance) then the future from which the traveler came may no longer exist.

Right there, you can tell it’s a fake. You don’t use an off-set on the Tipler sinusoid. An off-set conflicts with the flux capacitor and will burn it out leaving you stranded. This boob knows squat about time travel.
