Remarkably, his QB stats for those 11 games were not bad...
Rating: 90.7
TD-Int: 16-4
Rushing: 468 yards - 6.8 average - 2 TD
Kaepernick also gave up a chunk of money to get released from his San Francisco contract.
If I was a head coach or GM, I would have offered him a contract, but not for the kind of guaranteed money he wanted.
Lap is a crap quarterback. An arrogant prick who blew off a try out
I think he just has a hard time defining himself when he’s not on a team. Thus his segue into baseball, and now that that’s done back to football. Happens to a lot of athletes. Heck that’s how you get coaches. Which is really where he should be aiming.
I dont care what the nfl does or doesnt do
Dead to me
Hope they fail
Sadly, the NFL is still dead to me. I played football as a tyke through HS. My favorite sport. A truly American sport. The NFL needs to go the way of the dodo bird for their anti-American ways. They will never get a single $ from me again. I’m sticking with college football while it lasts. All hail Johnny Unitas!
Love your tag man!
Michael Jordan tried baseball too - and went back to basketball.
My wife’s father looked just like Charles Bronson. Almost a clone. He was also a Marine who was stationed in Okinawa during the Vietnam War who studied from some of the best Aikido and Karate senseis in Okinawa. Entering their home, the foray was filled with samurai swords, medals, trophies and weapons. As a young man he scared the **** out of me. If I hadn’t been filled with hormones I would have run like hell on our first meeting. He called me howdy doody until I was 30.
Nice try but Teabow was cut. Crapuptohisneck walked out on the 49er, and even they dont want his sorry ass back. Both do take a knee though. One to his savior and Lord Jesus Christ, in thankful praise, and the other because he is a media attention whore looking to be the center of attention.
1) He never should have kneeled during the anthem. That immediately made him radioactive for any team that would consider signing him.
2) He had to accept what he is -- a backup quarterback, playing for backup quarterback money. He could be a top-tier backup, but he was not the elite starter that everyone (on his side) claims he is.
If I'm not mistaken, isn't Urban Meyer the head coach for the Jaguars? So what's your point?
Please correct me if I'm wrong........thanks
When you're right, you're right! Those two guys are like 'peas in a pod' - both of them crapped on the flag, the country, and their fans; both of 'em took the NFL to court, claiming discrimination; and both retired young, as card-carrying members of the liberal elite, off the proceeds from their legal settlements & 'woke' ad campaigns. If the NFL is treating Tim Tebow any different than Kaper Colonic, it has to be racism - no doubt about it...
\sarc
Agree. Im a Tebow fan. But after all those years they tried to convince him to switch positions. Why now? He has a career as a sports broadcaster and can still do his philanthropic things. And he has a wife now.
Because he has that itch he has to scratch while he still can.
Tim Tebow is a normal human man. Not so Colin Kaepernick. Kaepernick is a headline grabbing quarterback who knelt to get headlines to advance his career. It did the opposite. There is no comparison between these two men. One is honest and straightforward. The other is coniving and sneaky.
:)
So you like the pic then :)
Tebow has also kept working since leaving football.
Note i am commenting about Tebow, not the nfl, which i fervently hope fails.
It’s a private company.
