First off, when someone asks for a legal citation, give them the USC from a legal reference and not some silly PDF that can be outdated.

Second, that law does NOT mandate reporting for the covid vaccine. You didn't read it and are obviously not familiar with it.

For those that don't want to be suckered by the liberal propagandist, 2aProtectsTheRest, desperately trying to get everyone to take the dangerous covid vaccines, she claims all adverse reactions to the covid vaccine MUST be reported by law when the law, 42 USC 300, allows significant judgement calls by the administrators of the vaccine not to report anything that feel is not related. So, adverse reactions and deaths can be withheld from being reported.

The vaccine reporting law also contains a list of vaccines that are part of the law. This list is called VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination, and covid vaccines are not in that list.

Wow, so much dishonesty packed into a single post... Where to begin?

"First off, when someone asks for a legal citation, give them the USC from a legal reference and not some silly PDF that can be outdated."

This was the actual post, which featured the USC and the link to the Federal .gov website where it can be viewed in its entirety:

"Second, that law does NOT mandate reporting for the covid vaccine. You didn't read it and are obviously not familiar with it. Complete falsehoods from start to finish. I'll directly paste the requirements in a screenshot right from CDC's "COVID-19 Vaccination Program Provider Agreement Requirements":

And here is the source for that screenshot, so everyone can look themselves at what the truth is, rather than the absolute lies CodeToad is passing off here. I took the liberty of highlighting the most important part which specifically states that series adverse events MUST be reported "regardless of causality"

Now if you look at the actual law (here), you'll see that in 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–25 (b)(1)(c), it states "such other matters as the Secretary may by regulation require." Well guess what, the secretary of HHS is requiring healthcare providers to report these adverse events, REGARDLESS OF CAUSALITY.

CodeToad, if you're going to try and lie about things, you're going to want to find someone who's less grounded in facts. You're out of your league.
