In the video on the bottom right hove over the satellite looking Icon. Click on it and that is your volume. Be sure your Apple volume is not muted and full up.

RE Apple, do you think I should buy it at the Apple Store downtown or at Best Buy. A bit cheaper at Best Buy and their Geek Squad can set it up for me. During lockdown, some idiot came over and “fixed” it for me, did all kinds of idiotic things I don’t want that have to be eliminated when I buy new one. I just want to keep my gmail account, MS Word 2012, and pictures.
