If Fauci wants some “passport certificates”, he can ask some old Fascists or Communists to check their warehouses for the ones left-over from when they used them during the 1930’s, WW2 and in communist rule over Russia and Eastern Europe.

Where are you?
Do they ask for proof? If not, you can truthfully say you are vaccinated if you’ve had polio vaccinations. Just say, yes, I’m vaccinated.
We have freedom here in TN. Nobody cares about vaccinations or masks anymore. It’s wonderful!

I dont know if they ask for proof or not. I get my groceries from a store that doesn’t ban folks. The stupid thing is that our small town only had about 200 cases all year, and these places of business acted like the plague was running through the town.
