Sincere question, should the penalty for those who steal a presidential election be death/ life imprisonment?
It certainly seems serious enough.
I don’t mean the candidate if they are innocent but I do mean anyone who actually did it.
Wouldn’t this be “an existential threat to our democracy” by definition?

It should unquestionably be the former. But, in this day and age, the most severe one could hope for is 20 hours of community service.

It takes a Village to fully stuff collection bins with phony absentee ballots.
And to merrily count them as they are directed to by one party running everything.
At a minimum the penalty should be loss of voting privileges for life, whether local, state, or federal.
