Was notified last night, that my little brother, Dylan Merola, who was just deployed for over a week, was one of the casualties of the Kabul Airport attack. The news is starting to release his name as the 14th military member to pass away. RIP and say hey to dad & grandma for me

We live in a nearby town. Last year, we went for a drive on a warm late spring evening and ended up in Berlin Heights. There were so many people lined up along the road in lawn chairs from the town to the local High school (Edison). It was graduation night, and the graduates were driving their cars in a parade and the townspeople were cheering and waving. It was such a beautiful sight! Pure Americana! Those people were giving the class of 2020 a memorable evening right when all the COVID hysteria hit. Berlin Heights and Milan (birthplace of Thomas Edison hence the high school name ) will do something to honor this young man. Of that I am sure.

Problem is we have Representatives who are just looking forward to time passing by and like Benghazi this becoming a distant memory.
The whole even appears to be very carefully scripted damage control while feigning sorrow.
Yeah giving instructions to a malfunctioning robot isn’t going to work out well. Worse part is Biden gets removed from office and his replacement is heels up Harris.
I don’t think there is a good alternative at all until 2024. That’s our only hope unless we have a divine intervention.
