That passage is often quoted erroneously. Jesus was addressing the specific coming in 70AD, warning the Daughters of Israel not the Church which He had not yet even revealed.

It is common today for teachers to conflate the Temple discourse and subsequent words from Jesus, with the Olivet Discourse. Cults use the conflation to broaden their deceit regarding end times. Jesus did not address for the Church the end times until the fourteenth chapter of John's Gospel, and then he was addressing the members who would further the Church ass its first members on the Day of Pentecost following His resurrection.
