I had the virus but am considering getting vaccinated when the Novavax vaccine comes on the market, hopefully the last quarter of this year. It uses the same technology used to produce flu vaccines and has the best safety profile of all vaccines including adenovirus and mRNA vaccines.

PG...

NovaVax has 1.95 Billion orders worldwide if my math is correct. My fear is they are in trials to use it as the third Jab for the "others" and they are developing a "Co" vaccine to go with it for the Flu. This is bracket-creep and I hope to hell they don't loose focus on the Vaccine.

Tangent to this does anyone here on FR know that Israel is working on 6 vaccines and 13 therapeutics? Here are the links below.

Now for something out of the box...

Scott Adams in his podcast said something very interesting about a week ago or more ago on one of his podcast.

* He said Covi is over, "that's it".
* Not that it is over, but what he said is this.
* With rapid testing (non EUA approved ) and Regeneron we can handle this. aka test, get in, get the infusion, that's it.
* If you dovetail what Gov DeSantis is doing w/ the Infusion clinics for Regeneron and if the 13 Israeli therapeutics become a reality soon (Enlivex's Allocerta maybe the 1st) does that change the emphasis on Covi from you must get Vaxxed to we have a plethora of therapeutics, get in quick and we'll treat it.

My gut is telling me the paradigm shift is towards the Therapeutics and I wonder if Demented Joe and his edicts are going full Mussolini before they don't have the power to do so anymore as their will be a bunch of different things to choose from to get well, why even listen to them anymore at that point, it would be mute. But what do I know, I thought PDJT had it in the bag for 2020...

I have no interest in Novavax flu vaccines, they should offer a separate coronavirus vaccine for people who want only that (they are in phase 3 clinical trials for that vaccine). I don’t think the combined vaccine can piggy-back on the coronavirus-only vaccine (I have experience with clinical trials and getting devices “cleared” by the FDA—you cannot change anything during the trials).

Problem with flu vaccines is the health care industry is never sure which virus will be causing flu each winter. It is merely an educated guess.

I’m not an anti-vaxxer, just that the rapidly developed coronavirus vaccines do not appear to anywhere near as safe as other vaccines. It takes quite a while to complete all the testing necessary for commencement of clinical trials.

It appears Novavax has taken a much more cautious approach than the other three.
