If that be the case, then name a vaccine that isn’t experimental. You can’t because you can’t name three that are 100% effective and do not require boosters.

Man, you are certainly good at mixing words and meanings and intents and redefining stuff. Something doesn't need to be 100% effective to not be experimental. Simply requiring boosters doesn't make a vaccine experimental - those boosters are known quantities, with a certain number and amount that have a known result. Can you name any vaccines that are still trying to figure out how many boosters they need? I won't even require three, because you probably can't even name one.
