I have heard it said that genetic variation within races is greater than between. For example they say that Africa has one of the most widely varying populations on earth.

He was the Minister of National Defense for the CCP. For confirmation he actually said those words, you would have to be fluent in Mandarin ; have sources withing China who were willing to risk their lives to give you the verification you request.
