My cousin was fully vaccinated and died from COVID this past month.
How does COVID know about state boundaries?
Some further info (Oct 13)
“ The breakthrough infection total has reached 38,808, making up about 2% of the state’s fully vaccinated population, according to a weekly report released Oct. 11 by the Minnesota Department of Health, with 1,934hospitalizations and 234 deaths.
Vaccinated people with COVID-19 are taking up more hospital beds, ”
If I didn’t know any better, I’d think that the vax is giving people the virus.....................
While there are a lot of breakthrough cases, the 99% refers to the Delta variant, not the fully vaccinated. That is if the sentence in the article is correct:
“Breakthrough COVID-19 cases in fully vaccinated Minnesotans have been increasing amid the rise of the delta variant, which is responsible for more than 99% of new infections in the state.”
“In Minnesota, Breakthrough Cases From The Fully Vaccinated Account For 99% Of All New Covid Cases”
Lie.
Flat out lie.
It’s almost like the jab doesn’t work at all....
The “vaccines” are working.
They are a cure for Wuhan flu hysteria, not a vaccine for the flu.
Hysteria sufferers who get the vaccine overcome their hysteria, drop their precautions and get the flu.
The success of the vaccinations is measured by the number of vaccinated who get the flu.
Headline doesn’t doesn’t seem to agree with the article.
Sounds like 99% of the cases refers to the delta variant, not the vaxxed, but this is concerning:
From the Star Tribune which he referenced:
“Minneapolis-based Allina Health reported 249 patients hospitalized for COVID-19 on Monday, and that 77 (31%) were fully vaccinated. Among 51 patients receiving intensive care, six (12%) were fully vaccinated.”
And
“Bloomington-based HealthPartners similarly reported that it cared for 424 COVID-19 patients in its hospitals over the past 30 days, and that 25% were fully vaccinated. Among the 74 requiring intensive care, 19% were fully vaccinated.”
Another story that will never show on CNN.
More people are infected by mosquitoes in Minnesota.
Minnesota is just starting their fall peak with 0.34 deaths per 10,000.
West Virginia is the current hot spot, with 1.76 deaths/10,000.
The jabs actually weaken your immune system. And since there’s no test for delta, that part is totally crap.
Why is this sentence curiously ambiguous?
The subject of the sentence is "Breakthrough COVID-19 cases" which is a plural noun.
The prepositional phrase "amid the rise of the delta variant" contains two singular noun phrases; "the rise" and "the delta variant".
The dependent clause contains the singular verb "is". This verb does not match "cases".
I bookmarked this post and finally dug into the original article: Fake headline. The source references within the linked URL make no such statement.
I believe it could be true soon, but the linked site is either intentionally misstating facts or simply misreading source material. In either event, it’s an inflammatory headline with no basis in fact.
That stated, I misread the sourced material the first time to believe the headline was accurate.
