Florida has the right idea. A new police department solely dedicated to vote fraud. Mail in Voting must be limited to only those who can't vote in person and given envelopes and ballots that are as hard to duplicate as currency.

The only reason there was a red wave in VA was because of an army of republican poll watchers and attorneys on standby. There were no such safeguards in NJ, and they are still magically finding democrat votes.
