She comes across as robotic.
Many Freepers like her but - I don't trust her.
Well, generalities are just that. I have served on about 6 juries over the decades, ranging from minor local to major Federal. Did everything possible to get disqualified, even correcting the judge on a factual error. Still got picked. I am not dumb and am confrontational. Still got picked.
I’m w/you but will be happy to be proven wrong. She seems reasonable and likable on the surface—it’s the “too much so” that troubles me.

If true, the case must be dismissed. Kyle deserves a fair trial and this isn’t a fair trial.
It turns out this is NOT Kyle’s “actual” reaction - it is a meme someone devised. The day Binger pointed the weapon at the court audience, Kyle was wearing a different suit and tie. Oh well. It sure seemed accurate given how insanely Binger has acted in court.
99 times out of 100, I post something on FR knowing if it’s a meme or not - and always verify if it’s accurate - I got fooled, on this one.
Ah, thanks for letting me know. He was probably stunned when the crazy prosecutor did this since he knows how to handle guns and that was sooooo wrong.
