US land borders aka the borders with Canada and Mexico. New vehicles are made with parts from both countries. Quite a bit of food comes from both countries. We also export a lot of stuff to both countries.

Yep. Good catch by you. There's a later thread on FR that lays it out as Canada & Mexico drivers, not interstate Americans but the point is GP more often than not equals hair on fire panic.

The repeated use of “land borders” is an example. Maybe that is in the government order (I haven’t checked), but it suggests state borders, not just the borders between the US and Mexico. It seems a bit deceitful.
