US land borders aka the borders with Canada and Mexico. New vehicles are made with parts from both countries. Quite a bit of food comes from both countries. We also export a lot of stuff to both countries.

The repeated use of “land borders” is an example. Maybe that is in the government order (I haven’t checked), but it suggests state borders, not just the borders between the US and Mexico. It seems a bit deceitful.
