I’ve heard it on FR. I even thought it myself before remembering that he had three freedom do whatever he wants, wherever he wants. He was fully within the law to be there. Doing what he was doing, with a rifle.
If not for that AR he may very well be dead right now.
Maybe it was foolish and he should not have been there...but that’s beside the point.
Let’s say you go into a “bad part of town” by yourself - not very smart, but that doesn’t entitle other people to try to harm you - if you get them first, it is still their fault for attacking you and you had the right to defend yourself. They have no right to do that because you may have been unwise in going there.
And it turns out he made the right decision. One question nobody’s asking is, what would have happened that night in that neighborhood had Kyle not been there? I could be wrong, but I believe that what happened to him put a damper on everything that followed.
