During my just over a year-long exile to California (Bay Area) in 2016-2017 (for work), I remember being impressed with how friendly and efficient the employees at In-N-Out were.

Friendliness is not something that was common there, but the In-N-Out folks were always nice. The food was just OK, but the people were cool.

When do they relocate Corporate to Arizona or Texas...Maybe Florida. I’d guess it’s only a matter of time.

This, as a local news reporter breathlessly reported, could result in fines of up to $5,000. Or, as In-N-Out refers to it, an average seven minutes at the drive-thru window during slow times of the day.

What does that mean? Are they equating "$5,000" with the revenues which a typical In-N-Out restaurant records over the course of seven minutes at its drive-thru window?!

Unbelievable.

The employees in a Office Depot I was in twice over a week ago did not ask me to wear a mask. I was carrying one. They all were wearing one. The store was nearly empty. The employees out numbered the customers by far. The fed ex/ups store as well same thing about not asking.
