It is always easy to suggest the Mossad did some kind of ninja thing that was brilliant and deniable, but we are dealing with explosives just as they were in the Port of Beirut (many tons of ammonium nitrate stored with fireworks).

Murphy’s law always follows close behind large amounts of explosives and plain old incompetence can often have disastrous results.

How much of the reputation of the Mossad is built on the sheer incompetence of their enemies? We will never know and I suspect Israel likes it that way (same thing happening in Iran?). There were many instances like this in the USSR and afterwards when powder and explosives storage procedures were carried out by corrupt and incompetent people but those depots and caches were not typically stored near civilians.

Imagine an ammo depot administered by Biden/Harris......

For those who have not watched it, there is an ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) special (like a 60 minutes format) on the Beirut Port explosion that is well done and worth watching on YouTube.
