So for those who have received the first 2 shots, what is the best course of action? Refuse any boosters going forward and hope to contract Covid to build natural immunity?

If I were vaccinated, I would collect resources ahead of time, like those who are not vaccinated, to address respiratory illnesses outside of the medical institutions.

So I think we all, regardless of vax status, need to prepare in advance to stay out of the hospital, even with low blood-ox. That should include researching where monoclonals, if you want to try them should you become ill, are located. Work out all the details now.
