Yesterday, Arizona state representative Mark Finchem read an anonymous letter he received that was addressed to criminal division at DOJ, that details a Democrat plan to embed 35,000 fake mail-in votes in Pima County for Joe Biden. An IP address has been obtained for the sender of the email. The letter was supposedly written by a Democrat whistleblower detailing a private meeting he attended with other Arizona Democrat officials.
The letter was dated November 10, 2020, and addressed to the Criminal Division of the DOJ.

TEXT OF LETTER
“Please be advised the Pima County Recorder, located at 240 N. Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona, 85701 in Pima County, Arizona, and the Democrat Party added fraud votes. In the initial count of the vote by mail (VBM) totals released at 8 pm on November 3, 2020, There are approximately 35,000 fraud votes added to each Democrat candidates’ vote totals. Candidates impacted include County, State, and Federal Election candidates. Through the utilization of the automated ballot count machines in Pima County Elections, My understanding is that 35,000 was embedded into each Democrat candidates’ total votes. Below are the meeting notes.”
“In a meeting I was invited to by the Democrat party in Pima County, Arizona on September 10, 2020, no phones or recording devices were allowed. A presentation was given including detailed plans to embed 35,000 votes in a spread configured distribution to each Democrat candidate’s vote totals.”
“When I asked, “How in the world would 35,000 votes be kept hidden, or from being discovered?” It was stated that spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered vote range and will not exceed the registered voter count. And the 35,000 was determined allowable for Pima County based on our county registered voter count.”
“It was also stated total voter turnout versus total registered voters determined how many votes we can embed. The embedding will also adjust based on voter turnout. Because the embedded votes are distributed sporadically, all embedded votes will not be found if audited because embeds are in groups of approximately 1,000. This is so the County Recorder can declare an oversight issue or error, as a group of 1,000 is a normal and acceptable error.”
“Maricopa County’s embed totals will be substantially larger than Pima, due to embeds being calculated based on the total number of registered voters. When I asked, “Has this ever been tested, and how do we know it works?” the response was, yes, this has been tested and has shown significant success in Arizona judicial retention elections, since 2014. Even undetectable in post audits because no candidate will spend the kind of funds needed to audit and contact voters to verify votes and the full potential of the total registered voters, which is more than 500,000 registered voters. This year our Secretary of State has removed precinct level detail from election night releases, so candidates can’t see precinct over-votes.”
“This is what I have from this meeting. Just thought I’d report this. Not sure if you can do anything since I was unable to have a recording device at this meeting. Thank You.”

The whistleblower reportedly said he/she wished to remain anonymous and not be included any investigation. Finchem said lawmakers were copied on the email, and over the ensuing months, they executed a “very quiet, but fruitful investigation.” He also said that his team was able to verify that the IP address of the computer that sent the email is in Tucson, Arizona, but unfortunately, they wee not able to verify the identity of the whistleblower.
Joe Biden’s DOJ reportedly refuses to investigate the allegations.

This is how I believed the fraud was conducted.....every registered voter in Dem-controlled precincts voted for Biden.
Does anyone notice there are no reports of voter turnout numbers?
There are precincts with 100% voter turnout.
We saw this in 2012 in Philadelphia where there was more than 100% voter turnout in precincts where Obama received 100% of the vote. Nothing came of it.

Corruption is rampant in Washington, but the most corrupt elements of the US government are the DOJustice and its FBI.
Very interesting and worth keeping an eye on. Lots of cloak and dagger stuff... Anonymous sources, tracing IPs, Complex Coding, Test runs in local elections, DOJ and Deep State knowledge/participation, etc.
This effort would require participation by a large number of conspirators so my biggest hope is that eventually more whistleblowers will come forward. Vote by mail is the true threat to our Republic.

IN Delco PA the total added mail in votes exceed the number of actual mail in voters recorded in the SURE system by 29K. According to Frank Ryan the number statewide is 400K.

Anyone with an once of common sense knows there was massive mail-in ballot cheating. Biden beat Obama in his prime in the minority community Dem districts by over 600,000. Impossible. The dude never left his basement and couldn’t draw a crowd of 50.

They didn’t need a lot, but they needed 12,000 in seven counties.

From an earlier post I made. The cheating was on a massive scale in the other Battleground states too.
They dumped around 500,000 extra votes in most battleground states except two (those dumps happened early morning in a few-hour span after stopping vote counting). The two states left they only added a few hundred thousand.
One thing we are letting slide is Facebook’s $400,000,000 contributions in staffing the cheating. The cheating was well funded by big tech along with the censoring. I don’t think the Dems would have been able to cheat so massively without Facebook’s help.
One last thing. We are expected to believe that 84% of all adults in VA turned out for the Presidential election. When the national average was around 55% in 2016.
VA voter participation was 84% of all voting age adults.
WI voter participation was 74% of all voting age adults.
GA voter participation was 80% of all voting age adults.

Average voter turnout for presidential elections is around 55%. Yet, almost all battleground states (suspected of cheating) managed over 80% turnout.

Little known fact, even though Biden votes massively outnumbered Obama’s, Biden actually won 10% fewer counties. So, he massively outperformed Obama votes totals in every minority community.

We need to infiltrate the inner circles of the Democrat party the way they appear to have infiltrated the Republicans. Without solid proof of these meetings and the chicanery discussed at them I fear that the truth when told will not be believed. Get a few of them on tape and file the charges.
