Potter could have shot Daunte six times in the head and then lit his body on fire, and I would still say she deserves a pass. I agree. And I do believe cops deserve more of a benefit of the doubt that the rest of us. If Daunte had a gun he would probably have killed or tried to kill the cops because he was a violent career thug. Most of us typing at our desks do not have to go into war zones in blue city s***holes full of thugs like Daunte.

Excellent points, also Potter arrived as backup and had been advised of accurate Law Enforcement sourced background information on the perp's violent felony record.
He was no innocent civilian mistakenly detained.
