Sec of States oversee things but the state legislators control how elections work. Problem is, they let Secs of State, election boards, governors & judges usurp their power. Then when Rudy G went state by state to show them the steal, they said meh. Dozens of their own citizens signed affidavits, they were shown film of cheating, statistical impossibilities. Meh.
