“And he still won’t turn over his cell phone to investigators.”

So, I’m just wondering. If any one of us killed someone and refused to turn in cell phones or other possible evidence to the police, would the police just say, “that’s fine, have a nice day” like they seem to be doing for Baldwin or would we get a SWAT team visit?

You wouldn’t get a pass, any more than the FBI would just say “Well, you didn’t mean to break the law” if you transferred classified information from a government server to your own and then deleted the evidence.

He wont' turn it over because it would show that:

1) He didn't dial 911 first.
First he called his lawyers,
then he called his union goons
, then he call the hollywierdo buddies
then he called his wife
then the lawyers called back
then they called a big media relations firm
then the lawyers called back again
THEN HE CALLED 911.
