Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin is being aggressively targeted in a left-wing campaign to bully him into submission vis-à-vis President Joe Biden’s bloated $1.75 trillion Build Back Better spending program.
Among the prominent leftists who’ve been berating the moderate Democrat into backing Biden’s radical agenda are billionaire media mogul Oprah Winfrey and former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

Maybe Winfrey could travel around West Virginia telling the po white folks why losing their jobs will be a good thing.
Then Manchin can vote to screw them and maybe not have to worry about losing in a state that went heavily for Trump.

Seriously, does any of these people beside Manchin actually know someone from West Virginia?
The whole reason for the existence of West Virginia is them telling the people who thought they were better than them, elite Virginians, to go “abuse themselves”.
These people screaming at Manchin is EXACTLY what West Virginians want to hear about their Senator. He will walk away in the next election with close to 100% of the vote if he keeps this up. This is the best publicity he can get and they are pouring it on.

I still claim Manchin want something and they won’t give it to him: the 2024 Democratic nomination.
It makes perfect sense: many fear the Dems will lose unless they find a way to appeal to moderate Dems and Independents and Manchin could do that, and he knows it. He could run as the savior of the democrap party and not have to put up with a clowncar full of competitors.
