Wow. When neighbors started building those pretentious brick or stone pillar mailboxes abutting the roads in my neighborhood, I used to joke that if I ever won the lottery, I’d rent a dozer, knock them all down, and gladly pay damages. Maybe it’s a good thing I never won ;)
But this guy ... ambulances, occupied cars, police cars, residences ... mental illness or drugs?

There was a similar one many years ago where the guy commandeered a tank and was driving it through different side streets and neighborhoods.
He was running over and tearing up cars like they were made from aluminum foil.
Did an incredible amount of damage before he was stopped by being killed.
