Clinical apathy? Give it up.
What about TREES? Do you also disapprove of trees being planted in similar locations?
Think it through before you come up with such foolish comments.
The brick outhouses are two inches from the edge of the very narrow road and there is no shoulder or sidewalk. There are *zero* trees that close to the road. Nowhere near that close.
As for trees planted curbside, notice how towns have gone to smaller ones instead of the massive oaks and maples they used to plant?
Even telephone poles are designed to sheer off instead of having cars wrap around them.
A brick outhouse mailbox at curbside is an introduced liability. Departments of Transportation, if they put out such an object would be required to shield it with bright yellow drums filled with either sand or water, yet such a homeowner doesn't think about or doesn't care about what happens to drivers or passengers of cars who crash into a brick pillar.
