Employers rent part of your life. I've worked for some who mistakenly believed they rented all of it. One has to draw the line because the defective mindsets in "management" NEVER will.
One wonders if group projects are educations way of preparing youth for “diversity”.

Been there, dealt with it, never again. I am not a saint in the workplace by any means, but the amount of asshole management that think they can do what they want to you, talk to you however they want, is staggering. People don’t leave bad jobs they leave bad management.
Those who have been out of the game for so long can’t fathom how much the landscape has changed. The wokeness is cult like.
Yup we get forced to fill out all these “cultural competencies” everyone hates them.
I always heard it as the 80/20 rule... 80% of the work is done by 20% of the workers.
Sort of like our “unfair” tax system. The bottom 51% pay nothing, and usually get a refund.
At my last three jobs, the more work I was recognized for, the more work and same pay I got.
