THIS explains all of the help wanted signs that don’t go away. Lazy ****s! The best place to be is in a job and looking for a better job. That way you don’t have to worry about money.
What I can’t figure out is why the fast food places I go to about once a week (I change it up as to which one I go to) have long lines that snake around every time I go to them no matter which one it is, people are ticked because they are run by skeleton or super-skeleton crews, the owners know about the Great Resignation yet they won’t pay that extra 2 to 3 dollars an hour more to get them to come back and work even though they’re still raking in the dough.
The reason I say all this is something has to give, sooner or latee.
